About AALF/DICE
PROJECT HISTORY
In 2002 ISF began collaborating with the former Department
of Insurance to improve its services to applicants needing pre-licensing
education in order to obtain their initial licenses, as well as agents and
adjusters needing to complete continuing education requirements in order to
maintain their licenses required in the state of Florida.
ISF?s Continuing Education System (CE Broker) was used as a
basis for this development initiative. With this approach, ISF customized and
enhanced the areas where specialized functionality was needed. For example,
the Compliance Evaluation and Enforcement functional area was built to
specifications so that unique-to-DOI requirements were accommodated. In
addition, ISF adjusted the system to be compatible with the image of the new
Department of Financial Services.
The comprehensive system provides all required software
components for the tracking and management of the continuing education
requirements for each agent license type and each individual agent?s compliance
with these requirements. Site Developers
